5E Charactermancer Hanging around 95%

I've created 3 characters now: Half-orc Fighter, Half-orc Paladin, Gnome Cleric. After hitting "Apply Changes" the progress bar gets to about 95% done on the creating character screen before hanging. I've let it sit for ~35 minutes with no more progress. Eventually I close the popup and then re-open the character. For the most part the character is created, but there are no skill proficiencies selected and none of the personality traits, ideals, bonds, or flaws are filled in.

The charactermancer doesn't work in pop-out windows. This is a known limitation of the character sheet. Turn it off from being a pop-out, and it will likely work.

Unfortunately I had already finished creating all the player characters by the time I read Loren's reply, but in the future I will try using Charactermancer in a regular browser window.
