Hey everyone. So far I'm loving the new dynamic lighting update but I have one thing that I don't know how to do or if it's possible. It offers me the option to give night vision in case they have that as a feature but some races in 5e see dim in complete darkness and when I give them night vision this one has sharp edges, not the cool fading edges of dim light from the other options. I work around this by making them emit dim light and it works well for my group, but this way everyone in the party can see since they are emitting dim light after all. But it's that dim light effect I want to replicate for their night view in absolute darkness. is there a way to give night vision but make it show with the dim effects for when they are in absolute darkness?
