Can you post a link to the Concentration script you are using? There are several.
It's simply "Concentration" It's in the 1-click API script menu. Made by Robin Kuiper  I'm using the latest version.
I recently worked on this myself. &nbsp;I fixed it by following the instructions here: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8407048/death-tracker-api-issues" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8407048/death-tracker-api-issues</a> These instructions from Keith will help you find the actual label to use: If you haven't already, install TokenMod and type !token-mod --help All resident token markers are displayed in the massive help dump, along with their True Names to Conjure With. Pro Tip: Select and copy the info from the chat help and paste it into a handout. It doesn't clutter up your chat, and is easier to read and search. As a bonus, if you access it outside of the game through your game's external content, you can bookmark it and it is available everywhere. Just make sure to update the journal every now and the as the Aaron adds new stuff.

I think Victor B recently updated it to go along with Combat Master, but I don't remember which page of that thread he shared it on
