PDF to Map

Is there an easy way to take a dungeon map from a PDF and apply it to Roll20? (Sorry if I'm in the wrong forum, wasn't sure where this question belonged.)
PDF's can be split into jpgs with a number of tools available on the internet and then image formats go on maps nicely

I export the PDF page to JPEG using Preview on macOS, then use Pixlr to crop it, then upload to Roll20. A similar workflow can be done on Windows, Linux, etc.,

You can also upload a pdf to Roll20. It will load (one page) as an image, but you have very little control over the specifications of that image.
