Everything on my maps disappeared

My players had made it partway through a dungeon in today's session (we were running later than planned, and half the party had to leave) and we wanted to keep going later in the week. <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} However, i just opened up roll 20 again for some prep and the map was blank. There was just a grid over a pure white background (image here ) except for the fog of war. All the tokens and the map itself were gone. Despite this, my players could still see everything, though I couldn't do so even when I re-join as a player. <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} I had a lot of stuff on that map (image here ) and I don't wanna have to put it all together again from scratch. <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} What can I do? Here 's the versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Windows I have (They're all the latest version)

Hello F R., Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser. Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Are you perhaps on a different page than your players? They will be on the page with the player flag on it, not necessarily the same page you are looking at. Another thing to consider: have you deleted any images from the Recent Downloads section of your Art Library? Images deleted from here are gone from the game entirely, though they may persist on the desktop for a while before the browser cache is refreshed.

I already did the three steps, with no success. I think it may have been the recent downloads thing, I'll check. Actually, I still have everything on the recent downloads, so that doesn't seem to be it.
