Deleted Map and Token Size

Hello everyone. I deleted one of the maps in the “Forge of Fury” maps.  Is there a way to restore it without creating a new game. Also, how do I resize a large token to make it smaller? Thank you.

As far as I know the only way to regain a lost map is to create a new game from that same module and transmogrify it into the game you want from that game.  To resize tokens, select it and then you should be able to grab a corner and stretch or shrink it.  You need to set it as the default token on the character sheet at the new size, otherwise the next time you pull it out, it'll be back to the old size.
