Help switching subscription credit to marketplace credit.

I had posted this question on the Bug reports and technical issues forum, and I didn't get an answer. I got $65 worth of subscription gift cards for my birthday, and I wanted marketplace credit. I've emailed support and even the people who got me the gift cards replied to the confirmation email, but to no avail. How do I convert it to marketplace credit, and if I can't by myself, can someone from roll20 support help me? 

There is no Marketplace credit yet. Your best bet would be to email <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> as they deal with financial matters via email for privacy and security..

As Rabulias mentioned, drop an email to the Roll20 Team about this as they handle stuff like this through emails. Give them some time to respond as it is the weekend and the covid-19 is causing chaos throughout the world. If you sent an email last week, drop them another email as your email could have slipped between the cracks.
