Tables: One or Many?

Is it better to have one table with all the maps and info you need for many different modules and scenarios or to have one table for each module/scenario?

It is usually recommended to have one table per module due to memory usage. Everything gets loaded when you enter the game.
I did not realize that. Thank you.

If a game table gets loaded with too much, it will start bogging down. This happens with the maps but the journals are the main issue, especially the more complicated ones. This is because your (and each of your players) computer has to keep track of everything including things that are archived.

I don't know about an announcement, but you can watch all the images stream in on a map change if you open the developer tools.  Archived Characters (and probably handouts) are still pulled down so that your client can resolve @{references} to them.

I remember reading about that was being worked on but I have not seen anything about it being implemented yet. As far as I know, the general recommendation still stands as one table per module to reduce any resource load.
