Help with Page Navigator

Can someone walk me through the steps of Page Navigator (or another way to move tokens and players to maps)? I've been trying for 2 weeks now. Player display name is: Oregon Character name is: Ladd Map the tokens start on: Landing Page Map I want the to move to: Church What's the syntax and what do I need set-up? I'm starting to get frustrated with myself.

To move the party to a different map: Open your maps by clicking the maps tab. Grab the red party ribbon and move it to the map you want them on. To move a player to a different map: Open you maps by clicking the maps tab. Grab the player to be moved from the list of players at the bottom of the screen and drag them to the map you want them on. To put tokens on a map (assuming they're already created and tied to characters): Be on the map you want them on. Open your journal tab. Grab the character to be dragged (by the name in the journal) and drop them on the VTT.

I appreciate the time you took for this reply. I'm actually looking for help with the Teleporter and automatically moving tokens.
