How can I retrieve a player's current session Display Name (as shown in My Settings) from within a sheet worker? Is this even possible?

I think sheetworkers can only access what is on the sheet and display name is not in the sheet. The API might be a possibility, but I can't say for sure.

Rabulias is correct. Sheet workers can only interact with attributes or action buttons tied to the character sheet they are in. Player properties aren't visible to a sheet worker. You can do this with the API.
