Hello explorers and adventurers! I am opening up a CoS campaign set in an Alternate Earth. It will be a 'mid-fantasy' set up, meaning some of the standard DnD races/classes may not be available. However, that is where the “Alternate” part comes in. A vast majority of the fantastic, magical and mythical races and abilities are still there to allow for that true Dungeons and Dragons feel we all know and love! Rather than the characters entering Barovia from one of the many fantasy settings, they will be exploring a land set in our world (circa early 1800's) to give the feel of those classic horror tales the campaign was based on originally. This will make for a much more of a “Penny Dreadful” type of story for the players and their respective characters. Want to know more?
