Handout Images

I want to insert images into the body of my handouts. To do this I need to store them somewhere on the internet so that I can copy/paste them. Is there a Roll20 repository I can use? I think I remember seeing something about GitHub? but I have no idea what that is... Thanks
Roll20 doesn't have cloud storage for anything except the character vault.
I insert images from my computer all of the time.  The image becomes part of your library.

You can store them anywhere publicly accessible, it doesn't have to be on Roll20 if it's in the body of the Handout.

When the image is inserted, does it become embedded into the text of the handout? or does the original image get called from the internet every time the handout is opened?
