Hi, all! I'm not new to (text-based) RPing, but I am new to group games, and definitely new to Roll20. So far, I've only ventured into very casual D&D 5E, but I'm a fast learner and fairly flexible (I'm currently #Quaranteaching). If you're willing to take a chance on someone still learning the ropes, I'm looking for something fun and less than stressful I can develop my knowledge base and skills with. My best days are Sun-Wed afternoons/evenings PST, but like I said, I can be pretty flexible. And I promise that I'm nice :) Let me know what you've got going on!
A beginner looking for other beginners. I would like to DM but I'm struggling with getting the basics down. I would like to do rapid fighting, spell casting, ability checking in a simple do and repeat fashion so I can get proficient with the rules. At least for a while I'm not looking for long complicated campaigns. Ultimately I would like to DM because I love creating stories. I'm PST also.
Hi All I am also a beginner looking for beginners too. I am very new to D&D and have never tried any sessions at all. I would like to get into this world and give it a go and see if I enjoy it. if like what Jess said, willing to take a chance on a new person learning the ropes. I am in the UK, GMT (i am 7 hours ahead) i.e. 07:57 Thursday , Pacific Time (PT) is 14:57 Thursday , Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) we are still on lockdown in the UK, so any day at the moment
Hello I'm also new to the site and dnd and never been in a session willing to learn

I'm running a few one shots over the weekend (Fri - Sun) and beyond that might be up your alley. Link to the postings below. Hi, im new to rol20 and to dnd, but I really like the game and the gameplays I saw on youtube, I wish to learn but my friends are not interested. I wish here I could be part of the comunity.
Nathan looks like an option. If you want I an DM some starter practice games based on ramping up our proficiency with rolling, combat, and spell casting. Jess?

Hi, guys, thanks so much for the replies -- glad I'm not the only one looking to start off here! @Nathan Kiss -- totally into the one-shot idea. *Edit!* Just saw your postings -- my current (and only character so far) is only at a level 3, and I don't know enough about the other levels to fudge it. What do you think? Message me! @Murder Happens -- I'd definitely be into workshopping with you so we can both get more experience and practice under our belts. Message me with details and I'm in -- and looks like there's a couple others here who have responded that would be good to get a group together.
Check out the post "Beginner Boot Camp", then private message me if you are interested. Murder Happens
