Game cannot be copied

Reposting because my last post hasn't been replied to. I recently came into ownership of a West Marches game that I have been running with several other DMs for over a year. As soon as it was transferred to me, I could not make a copy of the game anymore. Any attempts to do so give me an error (See bottom of this post) and the game copy is nothing more than a copy of the title, without even an image, description or players in the game. I have followed all of the steps in the "solving technical issues" post, ticked all of the boxes when copying the game - I have basically tried everything. As the error only occurs with this particular game (Taming Carracosta: The Second Expedition) I feel there is something that went wrong when transferring the ownership rights. I don't understand why I keep getting this error. Some help would be greatly appreciated. I have added info below, if more is required please let me know. Thank you Browsers: Firefox 65.0 (Latest) Opera GX (latest, main browser) Chrome 81.0.4044.129 (latest) Browser extensions None on firefox and chrome, I used the tampermonkey extension on Opera GX for a Roll20 dark theme but disabling this did nothing. Operating System Desktop 64 bit, x64-based processor 8GB RAM, AMD phenom II x6 1100T Processor 3.31 GHZ Laptop: GF62VR 7RF MSI i7 processor, DDR4 RAM I have tried multiple browers, two different PCs, disabled all extensions and cleared my cache several times over. The problem keeps occurring .

It has been quite a while since I read about it, but I am pretty certain I have seen something like this before (a year or 2 ago maybe). If I remember right, a similar sort of game had grown so much in size/data, that it was determined that the server was timing out during the copy attempt. You might want to email Roll20 direct (with a link back to your post), and have them check if something like that is the case. In the mean time, you might attempt the copy at different times of the day. Total speculation on my part, but server load may factor into whether a large game copies or not. After some searching, I managed to find some of the threads with Roll20 posts that I was remembering: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3958672/slug%7D https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6445443/slug%7D
You can also see about upping your subscription to Pro for a month and using the Transmogrifier to move over individual elements. It would be tedious, but better than losing stuff. You can also try copying just parts of a game, and using Pro/Transmogrifier to move the rest.

Where he would get games that timed out during copying and they would turn out blank (but with all players still in the game) mine immediately gives the error as soon as I click on the "Copy Game" button and within a couple of seconds it will give me a blank game that has copied nothing but the name. I will take your advice and e-mail them directly, however, thank you!
