Roll20 team non responsive

I am a paid subscriber and have invested a good deal of money in resources here. I asked a question about charactermancer level problem we are having a week ago and have gotten 0 response. If this isn't the correct place to get technical help, please respond and point me towards it.

Hey Michael R. - Our sincerest apologies for the delay. Our support staff is still working through a massive influx of support requests and we are trying to get to as many as we can in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience during this time. Would you mind providing me the original link to the issue in question? I'll get some eyes on it as soon as I can!
Here is a link to my first post https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8546850/2-charactermancer-level-up-problems/?pageforid=8546850#post-8546850 to echo my original question above, is this the appropriate means (forum) to get help or should I use one of the systems others have listed above? thanks.

Hey Michael R. - For both of the issues you supplied above, would you mind providing me the name of the game in question, please? I'll take a look at it to see if anything sticks out! To answer your second question, both here in the Forum and our Help Center are good places to get help. Unfortunately, with the state of things right now, all mediums we monitor have delays in support due to the extreme influx of requests we're receiving across the board. If you are looking for faster responses, the Forums are great because we have super helpful, knowledgeable community members who chime in and help however they can as well.
The game is titled Wesley - essential adventures It is dnd 5e essentials kit
