D&D 5e Darkvision, Superior Darkvision and Devils Sight

Me and a friend are having a ridiculous time trying to set up a couple of token's sight properly - specifically the tokens that have Superior Darkvision and Devil's Sight. He normally has tokens set up to have 60/-5 when it comes to those with darkvision. With Superior Darkvision the set up would need to be at 120/-5 right, or does it need to be adjusted? And for whatever reason when he tries to set up the sight for a token with Devils Sight the vision only goes out about to 90 feet before everything either goes darker or just black. I've suggested putting vision to 120/120 to fix this but I am not sure if that is correct and according to him it isn't working, though I am not sure if he is actually making that change as it works fine when I do it in my own games? Just some help or insight would be great. I've seen conversations around Darkvision specifically, but haven't found any around Superior Darkvision or Devils Sight.
Curious myself, as I am using a slightly different model.  In my case, from what I read, the better model would be Emits light 30/-5 but with a sight multiplier of x2.  I'd have to re-find the post about it for the precise technical reason, but I think it had to do revealing more of the map (removing fog of war) to the other players.  In this case, I would assume using the x3 or x4 multiplier would work for SDV and DS.  I also bring the angle of sight down to 120 degrees as it allows for easier "sneaking up" of foes from behind, otherwise, they would always see that coming.
In direct answer to your question, if you change the second value from -5 to 120, then they have a full 120 ft of bright light equivalent. Darkvision is dim light unless there is an actual light source. The -5 is there to avoid the default 5 ft of bright around a token.
