After decrypting and translating it, scientists revealed a message from the people of the planet Thendr. The Thendrals warned of the coming of the planet conquering Vul Tec Empire. Along with the message, there was a wealth of data on genetic enhancement, advanced technology, and information on the Vul Tec. The World Union (WU) was formed by those nations forward thinking enough to band together. However, certain Rogue Nations chose not to join and conform to the rules of the WU, but rather to use the Transmission as they saw fit. One of the many projects begun by the World Union was the WUSHI Project. It stood for World Union Super Hero I, as it was the first attempt by the WU to utilize the genetic enhancement data of the Transmission. The selection process was more rigorous than any other known to humankind. Those that were selected and made it through the energy absorption process were gifted with amazing powers, This select team was popularized on social media as the Wushi Warriors. The day has come to reveal to the world the heroic personas and powers of the Wushi Warriors. For now they will act as enforcers for the laws of the World Union, and military agents for dealing with attacks from Rogue Nations, but one day they will fulfill their ultimate goal - to save the world from the attacks of the Vul Tec Empire.
