Bought module tokens translucent, can't move or change

I bought the Rick and Morty Module and some of the monster tokens are 'faded' and I can't move or right click...nothin. I have a standard acct. Shouldn't matter, but there it is, Any help?

They are most likely on the GM layer.  Everything there is displayed slightly transparent and is only visible to the GM.  If you move to the GM layer, you can right click the tokens and select "move to token layer" from the menu. Basically, that layer is where you put encounters so that they can't be discovered too soon by your players.  It is also where you can put text to remind you of things, number or letter tokens to label areas, etc.

did you check if they are on the GM layer? on the left toolbar, second icon from the top, switch from the "cube" icon to the "eye" one, that's your GM layer where you place anything that the player shouldnt see till you are ready to bring it forth  to the "token" layer. right click on the token then "select layer" then "token layer"

I have the same problem but when I switch to the GM layer, I'm unable to manipulate the tokens in any way. I bought a packaged module for Lost Mines of Phandelver and I can't move the NPC tokens at all.

Make sure that when you have switched layers, you still have the selection tool selected.
