How do you give MAGIC items to your players?!?

I run a roll20 Classic Travellar game and I want to hand out items (Alien weapons, Light Swords etc) to the players. Typing a description in the chat bar is tedious and without flair but it CAN he cut and pasted to their sheets, If I make each item into a "handout" how does the player keep it with their character sheet? So.... how do YOU do magic items??

I flagged your post to see if a mod could move it to the Specific Use forum for more visibility. This forum is for members to suggest changes to the Roll20 platform, and vote on them. I use handouts.  If possible, I have an image for the item, and then have all/most of the info in the GM info part of the handout.  Then I copy/paste things from there to where the player can see them as they discover info about the item.  They can copy/paste that to their sheet, or just set up whatever is needed on the sheet from the info in the handout. I suppose that I should add that I have a folder for Player Characters, with a subfolder for each player.  Handouts for group stuff (group journal, or list of limited use items that anyone can use) go in the main folder.  Character sheets, portrait handouts, item handouts, private journal handouts, and anything else specific to a character to into the subfolder for that player/character.
This was my first post so thanks for the help in finding the right forum, Exactly what I wanted to know! Handout / sub folders dedicated to each player!

I have a folder "Magic Items" and each player character has a folder in that folder. I put handouts for the magic items that character has in their inventory in the folder for that character. Essentially looks like this: ├── Players ├── Magic Items │   ├── Playa McPlayerface │   │   ├── Item A │   │   ├── Item B │   │   ├── Item C I've considered having a subfolder for Attuned magic items, but it always felt like too much for me, and my players generally just keep track on their own. If your players or you have trouble remembering what's attuned though, that's something to consider. I feel like you could solve attuned in a different way, like just say the top three are always attuned and if they want to attune different things they can rearrange the items in the folder.
In the paper and pencil world I give 3x5 "CARD" items with artwork on one side and Info on the other. I would LOVE to continue something with that "FLAVOR" so making a handout with one player permission sounds like the closest equivalent.  The organization side sounds good with sub folders for each player with a "MAGIC ITEM" hand out. Maybe a LINK in their character sheet to the handout for quick reference?!?!
