bump, so I guess people want more info so... The game is a somewhat lengthy campaign using the "shadow over innsmouth" setting, it will take place in the 1920's and will star characters who are not a group of super anti-paranormal strike commandos. This game is FAR more about story and investigation over fighting and groups who embrace this will fair much better, I am open to new players and you wont need a book for this I have them all in hard copy and I wont be sharing pirate resources with anyone. As a last note new players who feel intimidated by stories about this game being a "killer GM's playground" I can firmly assure you it's not true as I have played this game for years and with many different GMs and I have only ever lost one character, the game is fun as long as you don't approach it like D&D. PS: please stop PMing me about trail of Cthulhu I know it's newer and shiny but I dont own any of the books so I cant run it.
