I'm trying to add and level up a player's Ranger to my campaign and the charactermancer always hangs at 0% of Building Character after I try to apply changes to lvl 6 or 7. I've tried building this character from scratch 4 or 5 times now. Help? I cleared my cache, but that didn't help.

Be sure that the Charactermancer is not popped out into a separate browser window. Charactermancer (and some other Roll20 features) do not function when they are "popped out" like that. You set this setting under the My Settings menu (the cog icon) in your game.

I'm encountering exactly the same issue leveling a ranger up to 7. The window is not popped out and I've repeated it with an entirely new character sheet.
