Non-video chat users

We were trying out the roll20 system for non-video chat users and we had hit a serious problem. It is really wonky. It is difficult to follow and a really small area for chatting. Now this system may have been designed with video chat in mind, but some of my players can't run video or audio so it hampers us in a way. Will there more improvements to the chat are such as location and size. These will really help our game. Another problem we were dealing with is that the players have very little control except for what the GM gives them. It would make games go a little faster if they were to have a little more control in making their own notes and control tokens. Giving universal control of Tokens would not be a bad thing.

You can change the width size of the chat window... It adjusts like a column in excel does. At least this is true with Chrome.
Works in Firefox, too.
I did move it out further, but for some reason it didn't seem to help. It would be nice if the chat area was at the bottom of the screen. It seems better that way, at least to me.
For one, I'd like to set the chat area placement in the preferences panel. Master_GM: you can try with another web browser, or just keep trying to stretch the chat area in the one that you are using actually.
Also, for us older players, being able to control the font size would be very handy. ;)
Oh, indeed. Also true for those with small displays, like 12" laptops.
