Initiative modifier having a +2 all the time, even when the dexterity is 10 for D&D 5e

On a character sheet for one of the players I DM for, the modifier for initiative is always 2 more than it should be. Example: Dex = 18, init should be +4, but its +6 Dex = 10, init is 2. What's going on? This isn't happening for any other character sheet. I'm using the roll20 character sheet, btw
Check the settings section on the character sheet by clicking the upper right side gear symbol.

It could be that the sheet mistakenly add the proficiency bonus to the init. Is the character between lvl.1 and lvl.4? Then my theory could be right. But as Nactuam  said, check the setting if there is something extra done to the init modifier. D&D 5E by Roll20 - Roll20 Wiki
Is that character a bard between level 9 and 16 or a level 7+ champion fighter, who can add half their proficiency bonus to initiative via Jack of all Trades or Remarkable Athlete? Is the character a gloom stalker ranger, war magic wizard or swashbuckler rogue with a +2 in the respective mental stat they can add to their initiative? Did the player mistakenly activated Jack of All Trades in the settings tab?

Thank you!
