Quarantine advice required

Please suggest a really straightforward package on here. My students are 13-15 and I´m looking for an activity for them, It absolutely can´t be stressful AND I must be able to learn it this weekend. I am hoping to teach 4 potential DMs first and then provide support/enouragement afterwards. There must be enough free content to keep us busy for a few weeks as we´re all running out of money!

The Dnd starter set is free for 2 more days! It's a good place to start and should give weeks of playing. I'm not sure if I'd call it really straightforward but there are lots of handouts that you can read in order and the dnd basic rules are provided and free. For learning roll20 I suggest doing the tutorial and watching a few videos online. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/module/41/lost-mine-of-phandelver
Thanks; I appreciate the lead. I mentioned it to the kids, and one of them has a copy of the first edition of DnD. Maybe they can cope. Just have to make the first session a success!

Note that the starter content is 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons. 1st edition is 70s/80s, not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely not the same.

Contact me directly ASAP (PM in Roll20). I have an already set-up solution that I created for this situation. It is an instructional game of Basic Fantasy with a FREE PDF rule book, made for ages 12+. I have 7 years experience on Roll20 and designed this option as a way to teach new players, starting with basics, with low expenses, and with being able to teach young GM's to start branching off their own games. I will also show your group how to generate free dungeon maps & upload them into roll20 for this. Sticking points for me: Would want to hear more about your group membership & first-names, the roster. Would want to get them all individual Roll20 logins as soon as possible, ahead of game day. Would have to discuss scheduling as I may-or-may not be able to meet with your group this coming weekend to get started. Would require their teacher, parent, or adult to be involved.
