Things to check: Default Token Settings Linking Tokens to Journals It could be that you haven't set the tokens to represent anything or saved them properly and they may be utilising the default settings instead.

It could be from the same problem I and others are experiencing. See my recent post "Character info not porting over with token to the map". Something is wrong.
