I know each token can have a coloured circle set to represent a condition, spell cast on it, etc.  I was thinking it would be great if any token could hold a hand of cards just like each player can.  When you moused over the token it would show the cards.  This way you can have tokens with condition cards, spell cards, even counters on them that would be easily inspected.  Sort of like using Paizo's Condition Deck or Buff deck.  But this would be even better since they wouldn't physically take up on space on the table so you could have lots applied.  Then whenever the Wizard casts Haste on the party he simply deals out a Haste card to every token effected.  Or a slow card to each foe?  This doesn't need to be as large as an actual card, it could be counter size with an image that represents Haste if you like.  Then you aren't limited to the five coloured circles for conditions.  Cards could even be magical items that a token just found to help remind the player until they can update their character sheet, etc. Something related, you would really need the ability to inspect decks so that you could pick whatever card you like.  This would be needed if you want to start using Roll20 for lots of boardgames and not just RPGs.
