Access Art Library when Setting Campaign Cover Picture

I would like to use the same cover picture for multiple campaigns (the picture you select as the background of the title to your campaign when you first create the campaign or later edit it). Because it is out of game, I am unable to access the art that I've already uploaded to my art library. As a result, I end up having to upload the same picture multiple times (once for each campaign).
