Dear all, maybe a silly question, but I don't find information on this anywhere. I created a new character sheet. It was already merged with the master at github (pull request was accepted). Is there anything I have to do, so the character sheet appears in the character sheet list so it can be picked by players? Or do I just neet some patience?

If it was accepted, it should be showing up already. Sometimes they forget to add new sheets to the drop down, so it would be worth raising an issue at github, or sending an email querying it to team@roll20.net.

To expand on what GiGs said, the weekly sheet updates are merged on GitHub Mondays/Tuesdays, but updates and new sheets goes live on Tuesdays(sometime Wednesday), so most weeks your sheet should be available already if merged this week.

Also, having thought about it - this week was a very heavy workload for roll20: there were a LOT of sheets to process, so it might have taken them a bit longer to do each step of the process.

Yeah, the last three weeks there have been an increase of between 50-100% in sheet changes & new sheets, while this week there was a staggering 60something PR, which is 200% more than usual. So in general, there was a 2-3 weeks delay between Roll20 getting increased traffic, and the submission amounts increasing on sheets.
