Difficulty Setting Up Supporter Subscription

I'm having a problem signing up for a subscription to become a supporter. I keep getting the error (Status 402) Your card was declined. I've tried my American and my Korean credit card. Same thing. I tried my American check card and it wouldn't even go through (it starts to do something but never goes through and then the card number is highlighted and red, I've triple checked, the number is correct). I'm located in South Korea, but I don't know if that would make a difference. I contacted my bank back in the states and they said they don't see any attempted charges and there is nothing wrong with my card. If someone could help me with this, I would love to support this website.
You may have to contact your bank, the company is Orr Group, LLC, to approve the transfer of funds.
The thing is, I contacted my bank, and they said they didn't see any attempted charges. They hadn't denied any charges.
Does Orr Group not use paypal as well? Could have sworn that was an option.
That would work if it was an option but I don't think it is.
And I just purchased something on the Marketplace. It went through no problem. I don't know what the issue is. I'll try calling my bank.

Lance, have you tried to set up a subscription after your card was approved for making a Marketplace purchase?
Yes, I made a purchase, maybe 20 minutes ago, tried signing up immediatly after. Still getting the same error.
That is odd, as the martketplace and the subscription would use the same vendor service, what ever that might be. You might have to contact the office and ask them to look at their system to see if its being rejected because there is already and order being looped in the system. Stranger things have happened.
I've sent an email to team@roll20.net but no response yet. I'm hoping I can get it fixed so I can have it before my group plays this weekend.
I've recalled my bank, and talked to the fraud department, and then retried, still no luck. They said it isn't on their end.
So I set up a brand new roll 20 account, and viola, the subscription went right through. If a Developer could please help me with this, I would really like to have this account, my actual account, with the subscription, not the one I just created especially since I have bought some stuff from the market place. Please Help.
Lance-- sorry for the turn around time on this issue. Hoping we'll have you a complete answer and resolution soon.
Lance, Please email team@roll20.net with your new account information.
Emailed, also it is this account. I know the name is the same but trust me, it's a different account.
