I work on Roll20 from three different PCs at various times.  I cannot seem to upload images from one of them, oddly enough, the newest of the three. I do not get an error, the upload just never completes.  Upload is not particularly large, 171k and 449k on the two that I tried recently.

Lol.  Figured it out.  On my new computer, I did not set Paint.net to use PNG as default file type, so it was saving it in its own file type, which is not one that is recognized by Roll20.  Done and Dusted!  Thanks for the link to the troubleshooting steps.  The help section mention of file types triggered the thought of the problem.
