Another Drag and Drop Spells post - It can't be THIS hard

In all the posts about Drag and Drop spells, everyone says they drag the spell.  I've tried the text, I've tried the Attributes, both Formatted and not.  I've tried the links, on the list, in the spell description, heck, I even tried from the web page address bar. Nothing is working.  Am I missing something VERY obvious? One of my players has been able to do it for their character, and they are not tech-savvy, so it HAS to be easy. I'm creating PC's for another game I play in.  I'm doing it in a game that I've created just to test things I read here.  I've tried Dr&Dr both as a player and as a GM.  I've closed all other games. The character was created manually as the race is not SRD. The ONLY reaction I've had is from the address bar which brings me to the spell description in the compendium. I've tried dragging info to the header of the spell level.  I've tried dragging to an open spell description.  I've tried to do it to an empty title line. I've tried it to an empty space under the section. I've tried all over the character sheet.  I've tried both popped out and not popped out. I don't see anywhere a button saying "add spell".  I've logged out of the game and logged back in.  I've cleared my cache (using Chrome, it is updated) WHAT AM I MISSING? One VERY FRUSTRATED Plus User.

Is your character sheet popped out into another window? A few roll20 sheet functions dont work on popped out sheets.
As mentioned (I know...there's a lot of info there), I've tried it both in and out.
Oh yeah, I'm using the Roll20 5e sheet

It's similar to dopping NPCs to the tabletop, except you drag the entry to your open character sheet. Roll20 released a YT video with "Compendium" in the title, it will likely be useful.
Thank you Andreas.  I will look into it!
Thank you Andreas, now I KNOW I was over-complicating things.   Problem has been resolved.
