API Stops Responding at 1000hrs GMT 2100hrs NZST. Takes up to 15 minutes to restart.

For at least the last month every night 2100hrs NZST (we typically play Friday and sometime Saturday/Sunday) the API stops responding for 2-5 minutes before it tries to restart and then for up to 10 minutes this error occurs: docker: Error response from daemon: Conflict. The name "/campaign-3154417-JtBE5_wZG8cxBy87veuV8Q" is already in use by container dec403865f9d1f0639a619dd4ccbd00cf646e94f4bcbeb1a19be6436982a7113. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.. See 'docker run --help'. Restarting sandbox due to script changes... Previous shutdown complete, starting up... API has now finally restarted.

This issue did not occur last night, only have a few slow responses from the API but no crashes.
