DDAL Season 9 Adventure Packs in Market Place

Is it me or are the DDAL Season 9 adventure packs the worst purchases ever? While Episode 1 is worth the $ 4.99 the rest seem to get worse and worse to the point where episode 5 does not even have pictures for tokens that in previous episodes had tokens, and since you cant move the tokens between episode it become a pathetic game of screen shots, editing, and uploading tokens to replace the token that only has a name in it.   As things progress you go from nicely done maps where the description are in GM layer, to copies of the DM map used for the backdrop with all the GM descriptions built into the map so you have to let the player see them.  Episode 5 goes so far as to include no maps.   Why am I playing on Roll20 if there is no tabletop in the damn episode? These Episode Packs need to be redone, as each one gets worse and worse.   Please stop having some teenage intern given only 15 minutes to complete the pack knock it off and give us value for the packs.   It's gotten to point where I am spending 8 hours just to make the pack usable when I could have created a better pack in half that time from scratch. Absolutely Horrible Job on Episode 5, I really want my money back on that one, in fact I really want my money back on all of them except episode 1.  I bought 2 -5 because Episode 1 was great,  I kept hoping the rest would be like Episode 1.

You may want to complain  suggest this to WoTC/Adventure league as well I am sure as with the other Modules this is due to what the licensing agreement will allow. And for 4.99 you are still getting more than or the same as the PDF gives you for the same price.  Running a bunch of AL games there is not much in the PDF that supports running the games without a lot of DYI. If you want maps and visual aids.

A customer should always start with the store where they purchased the product. They accepted your money so they have a responsibility to provide a good product. (The retailer in turn, can complain to the producer about the products they have provided)

(The retailer in turn, can complain to the producer about the products they have provided) That was why I said as well. Seeing as this topic has also come up with things like maps style and the response has been to follow up with WoTC and let them know these are the things the consumer wants and the agreement can then be altered. As it is a WoTC(Or insert company name here) product provided by Roll20. They do not have the ability to change the content unless agreed upon by the creator. And you would be told the same thing from retail suppliers because customer complaints from the consumer have a higher weight in most company eyes than a supplier. As for what they provide for the cost. It is still what you would get from the PDF on DMguild plus maybe tokens. Along with a way to connect with others to play. Which again is more than the product from WoTC/AL.
