Landing page (play on load doesn't work)

Hi!, everyone. I have a small problem. I have made a home page (a landing page), and I have put a jukebox tune in the play loading option, so that it loads at startup.  The thing is that I have this page as a cover within the game for players to see and hear the music when they enter. But it seems that when a player enters, the music doesn't start.... is this normal? if I enter as a DM it plays normally... What I wish is that when a player enters (whether he is the DM or not) he will hear the music.  Thx!!

could be solved maybe with a gif or webm with integrated music? 

I have seen this issue reported before. For a while it seemed like the Splash-page not loading the Play ON Load sound had stopped working right at the time of one of the major audio updates to this site (the one where we could start uploading our own sounds). However I must say, in my game that I'm in right now (working as GM today), I've tested lately, and it DOES load the song on the splash page. I will have to ask the players to be sure it is loading for them. It starts playing for me, GM, when I enter the game table. I do believe that the intended feature is for Play On Load to work on your landing/splash page at initial log-in of any player. Should be able to use this for an intro song, a welcome song, or even a pre-recorded speech from the GM.
