The Alien Archive Doesn't really work

Whenever you pull creatures from it it makes blanks monster stat block sheets.

Are you sure you have the right character sheet in your game? It should work on the official sheet, but the simple one isn't guaranteed. Did it work previously, or did you purchase it recently and tried it out for the first time now?
I purchased it recently. I am currently using the character sheet "Starfinder by Roll20," and v76.0.1 of Firefox.

Huh, it should work. Is it possible the NPCs shows the empty PC sheet when dropped, or does it show an empty NPC sheet? Can you provide a screenshot of an example?
So I go in and pull it out just like the compendium for 5E and all I get is a blank sheet. As you notice even when I pull out a token it comes with only hp. I assume it should have at least one other thing attached,

Try turning off the thing that makes your character sheet popped out. You can't interact with the compendium when sheets are popped out, so I suspect the NPC can't access the data to be created properly when the sheet is popped out, giving the result you have. After a NPC is created/drag-n-dropped, there shouldn't be an issue with having the sheet popped out. Hey, thanks for the help.
