Firstly, I think it is really nice of WotC to hand out free stuff during these difficult times.
That said, there are plenty of minor companies having a hard time. It is really hard for them to compete against such a generous avalanche of free stuff.
IF you have saved money by using the free stuff:

...consider spending some of that money you saved on an art-pack or a module.
