As the title says.. I attacked with my +1 dagger and since that all rolls get a +1, ability checks, saving throws.. everything.. Is this a known bug or did i do something wrong?
Hi Vince, I am using the d&d 5e character sheet. I did not set a global modifier, my DM also checked the sheet and didnt find anything that would cause the +1 Thanks
The number of things being given a +1 sounds like a change to the proficiency bonus. You might be able to find out by hovering over a roll result. most bonuses are labeled.
It looks like you have added a +3 as a bonus to the weapon which is why it shows no ability next to it. Its actually showing that you have a +1 intelligence modifier. Looking at this attack, you can see that STR is selected as the attack modifier and the proficiency box is checked. This gives the character a total of +8 to the attack.
