[LFM][LFP][Free][Pathfinder 1e][Roleplay Heavy][Sun 4:30-8:30 EST] Looking for more players for a new campaign with a long-running group!

Good afternoon new potential friends! I am an emissary from a long-running group looking for a few new players. The core of us have been playing together for 15 years, and the "newbies" have been playing with us for 5 or so years. We've lost some players to life so we're looking to add new blood to our mix! We have just started the Pathfinder 1e Campaign Hells Rebels ! You would be starting on the ground floor with us at level 1 or 2. Some inescapable facts about us and our game, in no particular order:  - Heavy roleplay. Really, we don't fight unless we have to.  - Games are slow and can take years. It took us 4 years to get through Wrath of the Righteous. Yes, we do really roleplay THAT much. Professional art was made, 300 page journals were written.  - We work as a team (most of the time), PvP not encouraged, role-played disagreements between characters are fine - We play our characters, not the numbers. Most characters are not built for max damage/healing/anything. They're built around who they are as characters. - There are house rules (to maximize fun and minimize boring mechanics) - The game usually is PG-13 but can stray into exploring 18+ themes. Who we're looking for: - Most of us are 30+. A mature person in their 20s would likely be fine, but teens, sorry probably not. - You must be willing to write a backstory. - Dependability. We pretty much play every Sunday 4:30-8:30 EST except for holidays. Obviously life happens and that's ok but communication is key. - Must agree to a no-hurt-feelings trial period, at the end if we all don't jive we can separate without hard feelings.  - We play on Roll20 with voice on Discord, voice is mandatory.  PM me if you're interested. We're probably looking for 1-2 people. I probably won't get back to you instantaneously because I am working right now. :) Thanks!

Hello, I have never played pathfinder. I'm a 5e player and really want to play pathfinder but no one I know is interested. Will my inexperience be a problem for your group? I have the books and I'm confident in my understanding for the rules, if that helps my case.
Robert, nope! Inexperience with Pathfinder is not really a problem. Honestly, we roleplay so much that the actual mechanics mean a lot less. I'll message you.
Hello! Your group really struck my interest- I'm far more interested in heavy roleplay than heavy combat, even though I do love myself a good fight. I am a bit young for your group- I'm in my early 20's- but my previous groups have been older as well, and we never had issues regarding my age or maturity level (at least, I don't think so- perhaps that's a bit naive).  I'm an avid writer and reader and am interested in both composing backstory and narrative snippets and reading what other players make. I'm more invested in a game that has characters building relationships with each other than I am a statstick dungeon dive- as fun as that can be, I think we can agree that the former is far more fulfilling and interesting. I'm also interested in feeding the GM as many interesting strings as possible to be pulled on and developed- its fun seeing a character you made go down a road you couldn't anticipate. Honestly, the major issue is reliability- not to say I'm unreliable, and I'm certainly going to communicate as much as humanly possible. However, the job I have at the moment is super inconsistent with the scheduling, as it is essentially a last-minute temp job driven by the current circumstances. I hope to leave it as soon as is possible; but if the possibility of me missing part of or an entire session is a deal-breaker, that's totally understandable. It honestly depends on what timeframe you're looking at; I should transition to a regular schedule within the next month or so.
Hi there. I am 30+ and I have been DMing PF1e for a group of friends for approx 3years but have never played. I've always wanted to play. I would also love to learn some things from a new DM.
I'm closing this post for now. We have more than enough interest, thank you!
