External Link as Journal Entry

Allow the creation of journal entries that open an external URL when clicked on (with the appropriate warning, of course). It should be possible to assign it an icon and name, so it needs to be editable using the drop-down menu when you right-click on the entry. Current Workaround:  Add a link to a journal entry's player viewable content. This works, but it requires the player to make two clicks to get to the link and to close the popup window after using the link. Suggested Implementation:  If a journal entry has nothing but a link for its player content, then when it's opened, go to the link directly instead of opening the entry for viewing. Add an option to open the edit dialogue to the right-click pop-up menu in the journal tab. This will allow the entry to be edited without going through the entry view dialogue (obviously, this should work on all journal entries and would be a convenience feature).
+1 :)
