Trying to type but it keeps overwriting my text!

I know there was a command depending on how people text in their workspace, but every time I click to a different part of a sentence here so I can add a word, instead it selects the letter and then when I type it deletes everything with what I'm texting. It's difficult and I know this is only happening on Roll.20 and nowhere else! Did I perform a command on accident? I'm trying to figure out what I typed to make this happen! I have to be careful not to mess up a sentence or I would have to delete everything and start over. Please respond if you know the solution!

Insert key activated?

I logged off then back in. Turns out that solved the problem... strange but at least it's solved. And yes I checked if the insert key was activated at the time and it was still doing the same thing. But it's over now it seems.
