How do I get the tokens to fit the grid when dragged from the pane to the right? I have to resize all the time.

The most likely reasons are: You have set a custom grid width on the page settings (other than 70px/grid) or if they are custom tokens, you defined their defaults on a page where the grid width was set to something other than 70px/grid.
