Character default Token Issue

I'm the DM of my game using the default 5e Character sheet. I have dynamic lighting and set character hp for each token and one of my players has a rollable table token with vision and hp set which i have set as the default token for that sheet. The problem is whenever they drag the token from the character sheet, its just a blank token with only the image, no hp tracking, sight or rollable table, but when i drag the token i can pull the fully implemented token. any advice on this?

You need to set the light settings on the token and then save it as the default token as the last step . Setting the default token is like saving your work. I did set the default token as the last step, the problem is when the player drags down the token it has nothing set but when i drag it, it has everything set.

There were some reports last week of token differences between players and GM. Try having everyone refresh their cache, or possibly log in from a private browsing window.

Issue has been resolved: player was dragging token from bio section and not directly from the journal, thanks for the advice.
