Shamelessly poached from the beautiful WOD Unified, I am attempting to rejig it for a Fallout campaign. It is no where near ready and I am slowly moving forwards with it while hunkering down to avoid covoravirus. This is my second attempt at it, as my first attempt was abandoned due to just how amateurish it was. I am taking the lessons I learned and implementing it on someone else's work as both a learning experience and also for my 6 players who play this campaign.
