Moving picture from "Journal" section into the active page

Hello, I must be missing something obvious.  I know how to upload something into the art library, and then move it to the active page, but what if I want to move the image from a journal handout in the journal section, which I uploaded separately (i.e., I don't have it in the library)? Surely there is a way to do that, but I have tried basic stuff and it doesn't work, except for one for some reason... Thanks.

If you uploaded it into a journal, it should have gone into your library at the same time.
I hear you.  But then tracking it back is a hassle, unless you have a trick to do that?  I was hoping there would be somewhere in the journal a reference that I can use in the Art Library search, but I couldn't figure it out.

That would be a nice trick, but I don't think so. Every couple of months, I file my Art Library assets into appropriate folders, but that's hardly automatic.
