Can accounts transfer handouts and/or character sheets

i showed one of my players the cool tutorial on making character sheets with rule-links available on Youtube. he offered to save me some time by doing his own. can this be done, or do i need to be the one with the archived handouts and the sheet in my campaign? roll20 is really great at making gaming easier, but the prep work all seems like the DM has to slog it out himself, unable to delegate tasks. being able to task players with collecting tokens, tiles, and other objects would help allow the DM to focus on game building. for example, Gametable will stream an object on one player's collection to another's when they place it on the map surface.

If you upgrade your player(s) to a GM in your campaign (this is done on the Campaign Details page by hovering over their portrait), they can do the prep work for you, like setting up macros and setting up the tokens and tabletop items.
