Stuck on loading screen

Hello, every time I try to join any campaign I'm in (doesn't matter if I'm the DM or not) it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I've tried all solutions listed in other forum posts and on the help page, switching browsers, no addons, incognito mode, and nothing, but one of my players was able to join a campaign just fine. I'm using the latest version of Chrome and Firefox, Javascript and cookies enabled.

Happens to me regularly as well.  I just keep refreshing and eventually get in.  (sw Florida)
