Hi there, I noticed a bunch of looking for DM posts. So, here I am! I'm a professional Dungeon Master with 10 years of experience. I'd love to run a game for you! Just a little about myself I am a middle school teacher and have found ways to use the educational value of Dungeons and Dragons as a system for learning. As such the games that I run are intentionally designed to include improvisation and creativity. I spent many hours making sure that each player gets their tailored experience and backgrounds woven into the overarching story. Things to expect from games that I run: Fun. - My players often enjoy playing and having conversations about memorable scenes even after the session is over. Discord can get pretty busy. Creativity - I like to enhance WoTC content with homebrew and house rules. Of course, we can always discuss what the party likes but typically I play cool>rule. For example, nat 20's always succeeded even if the DC is 25 or some such. I also like death savings to automatically succeed on a Nat 20 with +1hp and being able to play on that turn. Challenge - I don't like to throw punches, but it depends on the vibe of the group. I have had character deaths in my game, they are a real threat, but only within reason. Last game we had a character death at my house I had drinks prepared and we all said our goodbyes. It was a touching moment. Laughs- I'm a dad, I can't help but make dad jokes. I could hold back on the puns though. Quality Content- I am always working on being a better DM. As such I am researching, rehashing, and editing what would be best for the group. I show up to each game enthusiastic and ready. I also purchase licenses for creative design and support roll20 content creators by purchasing art for campaigns I'm running. I sincerely love this game and give it my all. I'm sure there is more but this is all off the top of my head. PS - I do charge 15 dollars per session per person. I try to put everything I can into these games and feel it's appropriate. I hope this isn't an issue. Looking to run a game for a party of 4-7 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
