Switching from one game to the next

Hi Roll20! I am currently DMing a Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign.  The game was created by one of my players, who had bought the LMoP module, and I was assigned DM.  I am beginning to prepare for what will happen once my characters finish the LMoP module.  I would like to buy another pre-made adventure module, and I'm basically going to tie it into the LMoP campaign as they go along. Question  - What is the best way for me to go from one premade adventure module to another?  This might get further complicated by the fact that I don't currently own the LMoP campaign, but I will be the one buying and creating this new campaign. - Is there a way to transfer character sheets over from one module to the next? - Same question for monsters, custom items and handouts, pages/maps, and everything in the compendium? Thank you very much for answering!

The all access to character vault is able to be enabled with the LMoP module so everyone can make a snapshot (import) of their characters then depending on the module it can be enabled for that module so they can export into that module so all you would need to do is reassign the character sheet to the player. If the players have a paid subscriptions they can use the character vault even if the module does not have it but the game creator still needs to have it enabled, even if they are not a paid subscriber (I think)..
