Animations going screwy, can I do anything?

I've picked up 2 animation packs from the marketplace(well 3, but I haven't tried that one yet). One of traps, one of weather.  Traps is "Animated Traps", weather overlays is "Weather Overlays".  The traps one, when left alone for a while (hours/days). Then going back to it, several of the traps will change their background to a block of white.  The traps are still their doing their thing, but they're no longer in my dungeon, they're on a flat white background.  I finally got around to trying the weather overlays, and suddenly my winter roadside bandit encounter has falling snow! I love it.  Sadly, I went back to it today (built it 2 days ago) and now upon switching to that map, the top or bottom halves turn black. I've found that if I hit F5 after I'm on the screen the weather one returns to normal.  But while I've been over here looking for other such posts(which I have failed to find), it's returned to this... I'm using Chrome on a Win10 gaming PC. Is there some way to avoid this? Do I have to refresh every time I go to a map I'm using animated stuff on? This is driving me nuts.  I love the animated stuff, but it keeps breaking.  I'm pretty sure some of the traps broke while I was still on the page.

Hey Rubble, You can try updating your browser to the latest version and changing its Hardware Acceleration setting. In some cases that seemed to solve the problem at the cost of slightly higher CPU usage. You can also try with a different browser (Firefox and Chrome seem to work best). I don't know why it happens nor have a definitive answer on how to stop it, but I suspect it's something Roll20 will need to fix eventually, as the animations themselves work great out of the platform. Cheers!
Thanks for the suggestion. I can try the hardware acceleration setting. I'm already using Chrome and it should be up to date.
