Looking for GMs to make a LGBTQ+ & Newbie Friendly West March Campaign!

Hei! I'm Annie, and I'm a semi-experienced dm. I'd like to start up a simple and fun West March-style discord server that's heavy on the roleplaying and exploration.  I'm thinking it'll be a fairly straightforward setting that we'll collaborate on, sticking close to the PHB for conveniences sake. I'd also want to keep things rated teen, think the stuff you'd see in a neat animated series like Kipo or Avatar the Last Airbender or whatever. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me a little bit about your dming style if you're interested. Experience with moderation, especially on discord is a +!
A little update since last time!I've found a second DM and would love a third or fourth. We've laid out some basic groundwork for the setting and hopefully we should be able to move into creating encounter lists, the various regions of the area and whatnot. Whether you're more of a DM, homebrewer or worldbuilder, send me a direct message or reply here and we'll see if you might just be what our team needs. And don't be scared if you're worried you might not be experienced enough, we all start somewhere!
More DM applicants are always welcome! Feel free to post here or send me a message, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
What are the timezones going to be like?
Ideally we'd be able to run games all hours of the day! That's part of the benefit of having multiple DMs. Personally I'm in europe and able to run sessions most days from 11am to 8pm GMT+1 (the benefits of freelancing!)
